I support this Bill to strengthen the rights of victims and to improve Public Safety through the use of “Three Strikes” for violent offenders and true Life Sentences for Murderers.

The purpose of this Bill is to create a three stage regime of increasing consequences for the worst repeat violent offenders.

First Strike, serve the full term, with possible parole (as it stands now) - First Warning: Explained that there is no possibility of parole next time！

Second Strike, Mandatory full term, with no any possibility of parole - Final Warning: Strike again, Automatic 25-year term (or more)！
第二次犯重罪，罪犯必矸滿刑期，不得假—最終警告，再犯重罪，判Q⒆杂25年徒刑（或更長）！
Third Strike –After being warned twice of the consequences： NO PAROLE AND 25 YEARS (TO LIFE)IN PRISON, PERIOD.
